Most of the techniques shown can be used in all martial art type sport such as Judo, striking Jujutsu and full submission no rules contest. Volume 2 has all the good methods used in MMA caged fights, once you learn the method countering will never be the same. I personaly have won just about all my MMA events using this manual.
